This phase brings a host of new features and opportunities for our community, including all the game modes running on smart contracts and new daily tasks in Rewards system.
Crucial changes during Phase 2 [Testnet]
Full Decentralization: Game Modes On-Chain
One of the most significant updates in Phase 2 is the complete decentralization of XYRO. All game modes will be moved to smart contracts and start to operate entirely on-chain. This shift not only enhances the transparency and fairness of the gaming process but also ensures that every action you take is secure and verifiable.
With these changes, XYRO is set to offer a truly decentralized gaming experience, paving the way for a new standard in the blockchain gaming industry.
Updated daily tasks = More ways to earn
To keep the gaming experience exciting and rewarding, we have updated our daily tasks for platform players. During Testnet, you will continue to earn Competitive Airdrop points by participating in challenges — and we’ll also introduce new daily tasks.
Daily tasks revolve around playing different Game Modes, each designed to test your skills and strategic thinking in new ways. The tasks are designed to enhance your gaming experience and boost your points on the leaderboard. We’re planning to increase the prize pool for the Competitive Airdrop from the current $100.000 as new participants join.
Note: The daily tasks section in Testnet is reset every 24 hours, and your previous progress will be set to zero.
Competitive Airdrop: Stage 2 Unveiled
XYRO’s Competitive Airdrop remains one of the best reasons to participate in the Testnet campaign. Phase 2 of the Beta corresponds to Stage 2 of the Competitive Airdrop — and this comes with a renewed Leaderboard, offering everyone a fresh start and a fair chance to climb to the top.
Attention: At the end of Phase 2 [Testnet], we’ll be taking a snapshot of the Leaderboard. The top players will receive more $XYRO after the Mainnet and TGE, so make sure to play a lot and often!
How Phase 2 [Testnet] works?
Understanding all three test currencies
During XYRO Testnet, participants will engage with three specific types of digital assets:
- Test USDT
- Test ETH on Arbitrum Sepolia
- XYRO Points
Each of these currencies plays a pivotal role in our testnet environment:
- Test ETH: You will receive it for completing the first set of tasks in the Rewards section. Required to mint test $USDT, which is used in the game modes themselves. Minting test USDT will be one of the first things you’ll do on [xyro.io].
- Test USDT: Used to play in game modes on the platform. However, the results of the games played with test USDT doesn’t affect your standing in the Competitive Airdrop Stage 2 leaderboard.
- XYRO Points: Key to enhancing your leaderboard position before the snapshot for Competitive Airdrop Stage 2. Earn XYRO Points by completing daily tasks and challenges crafted to test the robustness of our platform.
Earning test tokens
To fully participate in Testnet, follow these steps to acquire and utilize test tokens:
- Claim testnet ETH on Arbitrum Sepolia:
- Participate in the first platform challenge (Rewards section), “The Way of XYRO”, to claim your test ETH.
- Alternatively, you can claim test ETH daily at this link.
- A third option involves using Alchemy to claim test ETH, though this requires existing assets to cover gas fees.
2. Mint test USDT:
- On [xyro.io], access the minting function on the platform by entering your balance and selecting the amount of test USDT you wish to mint.
- Confirm the transaction in Metamask, and the test USDT will be credited to your account.
3. Accumulate Points:
- Visit [xyro.io] daily to complete fresh tasks and challenges in Rewards section and earn more points.
- Use your Referral Code to invite friends to the platform, further increasing your points and potential rewards.
Creating an Account on XYRO
As XYRO transitions onto the blockchain, all existing accounts will be deleted. Here are the steps to create a new account for Phase 2:
- The registration process remains similar to Phase 1; however, we strongly recommend using Metamask for an optimal experience.
- If you’re whitelisted and have an XYRO Whitelist NFT on your wallet, you can log in using it.
- If you are not yet whitelisted, use the Referral Code to access the platform. (For example, XYROTEAMINVITE)
